This certificate is valid for a reservation request form offering 2 adults 21 years of age and older 3 days, 2 nights of hotel accommodations in the city of their choice of available cities listed below.

The cost to redeem this certificate to receive the reservation form is just a one-time $19.00 redemption fee. Your only cost at the time of requesting your travel dates is just the daily room rate tax of $12 per night per couple.

All reservations require a minimum of 60 days advance notice. Dates near holidays, during major conventions, and weekends are usually not available. Sunday-Thursday Check-Ins. Transportation and meals are not included with this offer. The recipient of this certificate is responsible for all expenses including but limited to: transfers, food, gratuities, all pertinent fees, taxes, surcharges and miscellaneous expenses.

All vacation offers are subject to the fulfilling travel agencies availability and promotions inventory. This offer is also not valid for group travel.

You do not have to specify your travel dates at time of redeeming this certificate. After redeeming this certificate you will be sent the reservation registration activation form from the fulfilling travel agency who will book all your accommodations.

In most cases you will be required to give the travel agency multiple travel dates just in case your 1st requested travel dates are not available. All reservations are subject to availability.

This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation certificate offer. Please note that the expiration date on this certificate pertains to redemption of this certificate and not actual travel. You must redeem this certificate by the expiration date located on this certificate.

Once you register with the fulfilling travel agency you will have 12 months to travel. This offer is only good for United States & Canada residents. Only 1 Vacation Offer Per Household Per Year.

    How are you able to offer these free vacations?

    The reason we are able to do this is because hotels rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends. So what they do is contract with licensed travel companies who then contract with certain promotional marketing companies, like us, to give these rooms out to get people to come in to see what they have to offer. We are a liason between travelers and the fulfilling travel agencies. See, when the hotels have empty rooms, they do not make any money and it's basically a waste of a good room. Although the hotel lost the price of the room, regardless they can still let you stay for a fraction of the cost in the hopes that you might stay longer, eat in their in-house restaurants, spend money at their shops and casinos or even take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.). Then when you leave, after having a great time, they hope that you'll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends about them. This builds repeat and referral business for the participating hotels. The hotels make their money re-booking you in future stays.

    What size are the vacation certificates when printed?

    The vacation certificates are the size of a standard 8 1/2" x 11" paper when printed. They are full color 3 panel brochure style and are very professional looking.

    Do the vacation certificates have an expiration date?

    Yes, the vacation certificates do have an expiration date but only pertains to redemption of the vacation certificate and not the actual travel dates. Once you redeem the vacation certificate you will have at least 12-24 months to travel.

    Do I have to set my reservations and travel by the expiration date?

    No. The expiration date pertains to redemption of the vacation certificate only and not the actual travel dates. Once you redeem a vacation certificate you will have 12-24 months to travel.

    Can I personalize the vacation certificates to have my business name, website address and logo on it?

    Yes you can only when you sign up for "Unlimited Vouchers" and pay your monthly fee. Each certificate has a "Courtesy Of" area, and you can fill this out with your business name, website and even your phone number when downloading your certificate. You will have the ability to upload your own logo to the vacation certificate as well. We allow you to change the "Courtesy Of" area as often as you need enabling you to use 1 account for multiple businesses at once.

    Is there an additional fee to print out the vacation certificates?

    NO, there is no additional fee to print out these vacation certificates. If you would like to print unlimited vouchers with your name on it you can sign up and only pay your monthly fee allowing you to print an unlimited number of vacation certificates. You never pay per vacation certificate with our company. Whether you need 100 or 100,000 of them you still only pay the monthly fee.

    How easy do you guys make it for me or my customers to actually redeem the vacation certificates?

    We make it very easy for you and your customers to redeem the vacation certificates. You or your customers can fax back the vacation certificate, email it or even mail it to us via snail mail.     NO, you or your customer will not have to purchase airfare or be required to attend a timeshare presentation. Our fulfilling travel agencies will offer you or your customer an extension at the hotel, rental car, and even the airfare, but you or your customer are under no obligation to purchase anything from the travel agency and they can just use the vacation certificate for exactly what it is good for and no more. There are no high pressure sales tactics used.

    How many vacation certificates can my customers redeem?

    Your customers can redeem each vacation certificate 1 time within a 12 month period. In other words, you cannot give the same exact vacation certificate to a customer twice within a 12 month period but you could give them all 12 different offers if you wanted within a 12 month period.

    Can I resell these vacation certificates?

    We do not allow you to resell our vacation certificates to end users (End User = The persons using the certificates to go on the specified vacation). Reselling our vacation certificates to end users will result in termination of your account indefinately. We do however allow you to resell the vacation certificates to other businesses who want to utlize these as a marketing tool.

    If I sign up am I locked into any kind of contract?

    We do not lock our customers into a contract. Our program is just month to month and you can cancel whenever you feel by contacting us just 3 business days before your next billing date through our online support ticket system which is located in your password protected control panel. We do automatically draft the monthly fee out of your account every 30 days until you cancel.
